A Tribute to Viv from Sandra Such good memories of Viv’s Disco Classes starting in the late 1970s at the Judah and Curtis Dance School. Not just the classes, but the extra medal classes, the Disco Workshops and the Medal Test Days as well. Viv was always kind and thoughtful and she invited me along to the BSO concerts at the Pavilion, the ‘Proms in the Park’ evenings and other outings with her friends. Happy Days! Thank you Viv.

A tribute to Viv from Pauline We have been friends for many years since the late 1970's. We met at Judah and Curtis where Viv was teaching and I was learning. Viv helped me on my way with a dance partner and competitions and I helped in her classes including Viv's new disco classes. When I became a teacher we attended workshops and congress together. Viv introduced me to the BSO weekly concerts where we would go together. Although our lives changed we kept in touch, whether it be attending concerts, shows at the Pavilion, or just out together. Viv was very kind, a good friend and will be greatly missed. Viv's lovely, infectious laugh was the first, and will be the last thing I remember of her. Lots of love to you Dear Viv. Pauline

In loving memory of a dear school friend whose laugh was infectious and whose nails were always so well manicured.So many happy memories of our school days in Bournemouth and in latter years outings to Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra Concerts, visits to Pulborough RSPB when she stayed with me in Ashington, fantastic meals over the years at the Bear Cross Hotel when I was in Bournemouth, and joint visits to another Talbot Heath friend Susan Griffiths who was an author. Vivien thank you for your life long friendship.It has been a real privilege to have known you and I am so grateful our paths crossed in the early 1950’s.RIP until we meet again. Love,Doreen
